Sales and Payments
Payments can be made using all major Credit/Debit cards online – handled securely by PayPal.

We also accept GBP payments by bank transfer.

Payment should be made within 7 days. In some circumstances we are happy to reserve items for you provided payment is made within an agreed time frame. Please contact us to discuss what we can offer (info@elysiumcoins.com).


Postage
Items will be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of full payment. Weekend orders will generally dispatch on Mondays. UK orders over £150 qualify for free postage and will be dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Orders under £150 will be dispatched by Royal Mail Tracked service.

For overseas postage please ensure that your country allows you to receive numismatic items. I do not accept any liability for items which are confiscated in customs at the destination country and in these circumstances will be unable to provide a refund.

Refunds and Returns
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you are welcome to return the item. If this is the case please ensure that you make contact within 14 days of making your purchase using the following address: info@elysiumcoins.com.

Refunds or exchanges will be processed on receipt of the item provided that it is returned in the same condition that it was sold.

Notwithstanding the above, if any purchased item is later found to not be authentic then a full refund will be issued, regardless of how much time has passed since the sale.
